2. The Data We Collect
When you submit an interest form, register for a tryout, or contact us, we collect:
- Parent/Guardian Information: Name, email address, and phone/WhatsApp number.
- Player Information: Name, birth year, and current club affiliation.

4. Data Retention (How long we keep it)
We don't hold onto your data longer than necessary.
- If you apply but do not get a spot, we will delete your application data at the end of the 2026 spring intake, unless you explicitly ask to join our waiting list.
- For active players, we keep your data for the duration of the 2026 season for administrative and safety purposes.
- Invoicing data is kept according to Swedish accounting laws (Bokföringslagen).
5. Third-Party Sharing
We respect your inbox and your privacy. We never sell your data to third parties. To run the Academy efficiently, we use trusted third-party platforms (such as email providers, form builders, and payment processors). These providers act as data processors and are bound by strict confidentiality agreements to keep your information secure.
