Terms of Service

The rules of the game for Academy 2026. Please read these terms carefully before submitting your application. By applying, you agree to the standards and policies outlined below.

1. Academy Selection & Tryouts

Submitting an interest form or attending a tryout does not guarantee a spot in Academy 2026.

  • We select players based on current skill level, ambition, and group dynamics to ensure the highest possible training quality for everyone.
  • If a spot cannot be offered, you will be notified and given the option to join our waiting list.

2. Payment & Fees

The full-year fee for the 2026 season is 3,500 SEK. This covers all 32-35 training sessions, an official track suit, and a match kit.

  • No payment is required when submitting the initial interest form.
  • An invoice will be sent only when a spot is officially offered and accepted by the player/parent.
  • Failure to pay the invoice by the due date may result in the spot being offered to the next player on the waiting list.

3. The Future Ballers Standard (Code of Conduct)

We demand high intensity, focus, and respect. When you wear the Future Ballers badge, you represent our environment.

  • Players are expected to listen to coaches, compete at 100%, and support their teammates.
  • Punctuality is mandatory.
  • Future Ballers reserves the right to dismiss any player (or parent) who repeatedly disrupts the training environment or violates our code of conduct. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Because spots are highly limited, our cancellation policy is strict.

  • Once the season begins and the fee is paid, fees are non-refundable if a player chooses to drop out.
  • Exceptions are made for severe, long-term injuries that occur before the season starts. In such cases, a medical certificate is required to discuss a partial refund.

5. Insurance & Liability

Football is a contact sport, and injuries can happen.

  • Future Ballers Academy provides elite coaching and a safe environment, but players participate at their own risk.
  • It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure the player has adequate personal sports and medical insurance through their regular club or private provider.

6. Media & Photography

We regularly document our training sessions to analyze performance and promote the Academy on our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

  • By joining the Academy, you consent to the player appearing in photos and videos used for Future Ballers marketing.
  • If you have specific privacy concerns or wish to opt out of media exposure, please contact us at academy@futureballers.se prior to the start of the season.
